How to install / update RsInstrument package

Description:

RsInstrument module provides convenient way of communicating with R&S instruments. In the past it was included in Python example collection which is not the case anymore.

Resolution:

RsInstrument is hosted on https://pypi.org/project/RsInstrument/

1. Open command console and use Python package manager (pip) for installation
type -> pip install RsInstrument

2. Use Pycharm packet management GUI
