Tasks

Job description :
- Repair and calibration of T&M equipment and system equipment
- Provide Technical consultancy to customers.
- Develop and build technical know-how database for internal use.
- Provide On-time phone and e-mail hotline support
- Dedicate technical support on-site and industrial projects.

Qualifications

Job requirement

At least 2 years in Service Group with Repair and Calibration Experience.

Degree in Electronic Engineering.
Telecommunication Engineering, or related field.
Effective verbal and written English language skills - TOEIC minimum 600 (or equivalent)

Interpersonal skills :

Strong customer focus and service mindset.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Result-driven, self motivated and committed.
Strong communication skills.
Pro-active, accurate and reliable.
Able to work independently as well as in a team under high pressure.
