As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance and Administration team dedicated to support the financial processes of the company, including but not limited to accounting, account receivables and payable administration, statistic reporting, petit cash handling.
We are currently looking for Finance Assistant to support our expanding in Hungary. The Finance Assistant will reside in our office Budapest.
Your tasks
- Ongoing processing and accounting of incoming and outgoing invoices in SAP as well as managing of general ledger
- Bookkeeping of bank statements and preparation of payments
- You will also work on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and actively support company audits
- Prepare monthly VAT report, KSH statistics
- Treasury management, prepare bank transfers and manage petit cash, also support travel expense management for our employees
- Responsible for SAP master data management and preparation of reports
- Coordination and interface with external vendors and providers (e.g. payroll provider, tax advisory,)
- Active participation and taking on topics during inventories as well as close exchange with our logistics team
- Close collaboration with other group of companies across Europe and the headquarter in Munich
