Sales and Product Management : Sales Admin

Your tasks

• The Sales Admin is responsible for working closely with the various business unit and sales team in initiating, managing, and implementing the annual projects to enable target achievement and pipeline development. Indirect Sales Admin (100%) ı Understand overall indirect sales activities flow, and support overall documents, and administrative tasks associated with Indirect Sales ı Conduct administrative support as per channel partners’ requests (issuance of initial quotations, issuance of evaluation licenses, delivery of basic information, coordination of delivery, etc.) ı Assist in managing Indirect Sales processes (PO registration requests, OA & delivery checking, demo asset incoming & outgoing, etc.) ı Channel Partner management tool update with latest information (Inventory, demo assets) ı Perform other duties assigned as needed

Your qualifications

• ı Bachelor's degree of business administration or relevant discipline (business, marketing) ı 1-3 years of working experience in sales admin, inside sales, marketing or high-tech industry preferred ı Advanced user experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or certificates preferred ı User Experience of Adobe Illustrator preferred ı Strong communications skills internal / external ı Proactive and solution-oriented thinking with flexibility
