We are seeking a highly strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to lead, manage, and grow a single large key account in the Greater Seattle area. This role requires ownership of the full customer relationship—from executive leadership to hands-on engineering teams—and accountability for long-term revenue growth and strategic alignment.

Your tasks

  • Serve as the primary owner and trusted advisor for a single, large strategic account
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned to the customer’s business and technology roadmap
  • Build and sustain relationships across all levels—from C-suite and executive leadership to engineering and end users
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities across the full portfolio of Rohde & Schwarz solutions
  • Drive account penetration and share-of-wallet growth within multiple business units and application areas
  • Lead complex, long-cycle sales engagements requiring coordination across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Application Engineers and internal teams to deliver high-value, solution-based outcomes
  • Maintain a strong, accurate sales funnel and forecast for the account
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing insight to product management, marketing, and leadership teams

Your qualifications

  • BSEE (or equivalent)
  • 7+ years of test equipment sales experience or technical sales experience
  • An existing and active network of productive relationships within the strategic account
  • An understanding of RF/MW, Semiconductor, Wireless, and Digital technologies
  • Experience in managing large and complex accounts
  • A passion for achieving sales results, an intense focus on customer service, and an overwhelming desire to succeed
  • Enthusiastic and responsive to customer requests and questions
  • Ability to work within a team environment with strong collaborating skills to achieve growth objectives
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills
  • US Citizenship is required for this position

The total compensation for this position is $102K-$235K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
