Qualifikationen

• You have successfully completed a technical degree in science or engineering (or equivalent) with focus on e.g. communications technology, computer science, systems engineering or a comparable domain. Your degree in aerospace engineering is considered a plus.
• You have qualified professional experience in managing complex projects in the system solution business and extensive knowledge of customer requirements for complex systems.
• Your accumulated system engineering experience as well as your strong communication skills help you to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate in line with your peers.
• You stand out for your ability to make decisions confidently in critical situations, to communicate and to act in a problem-solving manner.
• You have demonstrated experience in RF (space) systems integration, debugging and performance analysis. Having affinity with the new space industry and/or scientific ESA type space programs is a plus.
• You have at least 4 years’ professional experience in RF sub-systems integration/engineering or a closely related field.
• You have a proven track record in requirements engineering and management, including requirements flow-down and traceability (experience with tools such as Jama is a plus).
• You have solid understanding of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and related modeling practices (experience with SysML/Cameo is advantageous).
• You have demonstrated autonomy in leading RF systems and SW integration.
• Your excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills enables you to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
