Project Manager (Defence & Security Solutions)

Your tasks

• End-to-End Execution: - Drive the delivery of projects from initial sales handover through to final field deployment.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the trusted central interface for customers and internal stakeholders to ensure meeting the deliverables
• Financial & Risk Governance: - Actively manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, and risk registers to protect delivery timelines and financial margins
• Reporting & Documentation: - Compile and deliver comprehensive project status reports, technical documentation, risk assessments, and executive summaries for internal management and external stakeholders.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline will be an advantage
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on project management experience, ideally handling high-value systems within defense, aerospace, or naval communications
• Security & Clearance: Ability to handle classified information securely. Candidates must be eligible for, or currently hold, Singapore Government Security Clearance (G50 / CAT level) for local project requirements
• Mobility: Willingness and capability to support both local accounts and international projects, including occasional overseas travel
• Certification & Skills: PMP, PMI, or IPMA certification is highly preferred
• Must possess excellent communication and technical reporting skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
