Your tasks

  • You develop, agree and implement cross-functional processes and usecases which describe how the activities of multiple process domains come together to create a Value Delivery Chain (project execution or product development) output.
  • You define the phase and gate logic and structure, in order to provide pragmatic levels of development control whilst ensuring coherent vertical integration between system hierarchy levels.
  • You develop an ‘end to end’ information architecture framework supporting the efficient digitalization of the Value Chain activities.
  • You develop and implement Process and Operating Model development methodologies, including facilitation of workshops and liaison with relevant experts.
  • You define KPIs to measure the Operating Model and Processes implementation (maturity) and performance (effectiveness).
  • You elicit, understand and document the stakeholder needs (including usecases, user stories and requirements) necessary to achieve the above.
  • You implement the Operating Model, focusing especially on the Organizational Change Management and Transformation aspects, including stakeholder alignment, communication, training and continuous improvement.
  • You lead teams and/or manage work packages to deliver any of the above activities.

Your qualifications

  • You hold a formal education/qualification in a technical field (university level or equivalent).
  • You are a Network Leader: You can lead, engage, and persuade others effectively, even without formal authority.
  • You Influence Stakeholders: You're skilled at building constructive arguments and guiding stakeholders towards shared solutions.
  • You Manage Conflict Effectively: You have a proven track record of navigating technical conflicts and reaching resolutions through compromise.
  • You're a Structured Project Manager: You approach work in a structured way and have experience scoping, planning, and managing internal improvement projects.
  • You're Proactive and Solve Problems: You take initiative and can think beyond conventional approaches to solve problems.
  • You Deliver Results: You are focused on delivery and have a history of successfully implementing projects.
  • You Communicate Clearly: You possess strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops.
  • You Understand Operating Models: You understand the components of an Operating Model and how they interact.
  • You're Experienced with Processes & Value Chains: You’re familiar with development methodologies (like Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0) and Value Chain architecture approaches.
