Query of the x-values (frequency) of a trace

I query the values of a trace using scpi commands. But I get the y-values only. Is there a possibility to get the y-values also (frequency)?

Answer

To get the frequency of all sweep points you have to query the "Stimulus" data:
The remote command for that is: CALCx:DATA:STIM
(x is the number of the channel)

The response depends from the sweep type:
Frequency: response in HZ
Power: response in dBm
time: response in s
