Key facts
The R&S®ZV-WRxx calibration kit series provides waveguide calibration standards for system error correction of mmWave network analyzer setups. All common waveguide bands from 50 GHz to 1100 GHz are supported. The calibration kits contain short, offset short and match. Separate models with a sliding match are also available. The sets come with a hex ball driver and hex ball screws. The calibration kit data are pre-defined on each Rohde & Schwarz vector network analyzer, allowing for straightforward and reliable calibration.
Get high-end accuracy
There are extra models that include a sliding match. Using a sliding match instead of a fixed match further increases measurement accuracy.

Short with offset margin for reliable results
Especially with the high-frequency kits, a bare lambda/4 shim standard is very thin, which can cause tension and bending when connected resulting in poor accuracy. The shim standard for some ZV-WRxx kits is designed with an additional offset length to for improved mechanical stability and reproducible results. (Please note: the dedicated offset short is a different standard.)
