Designed for highly accurate and versatile VNA calibration

The R&S®ZV-Z2xx calibration kit contains precision standards for system error corrections with vector network analyzers. Both male and female standards are included and both insertable and non-insertable calibration is supported. Each kit comes with individual characterization using S-parameter data (data based) for excellent measurement accuracy. A torque wrench, counter holder and USB stick are also included for open, short, match in male/female each, standards (m-m, f-f, m-f) .

Data based characterization

Each calibration kit is individually characterized and comes with a customized S-parameter set, supporting the most accurate characterization and highly precise VNA calibration.

Ready for R&S®ZNA-K50(P) uncertainty analysis option

Besides S-parameter characterization data, the uncertainty data from the characterization are delivered by default. The R&S®ZN-Z2xx calibration kits can be used for an uncertainty analysis with the R&S®ZNA-K50(P) option.
