Lee Hill is Founding Partner of SILENT Solutions LLC and GmbH, an EMC and RF design, troubleshooting, and training firm established in 1992. Lee is a member of adjunct faculty at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) where he teaches graduate-level classes in EMC. He is also an EMC instructor at University of Oxford (England), and for the IEEE EMC Society’s annual Global University which he currently chairs. He earned his MSEE in electromagnetics from the Missouri University of Science and Technology EMC Laboratory under Dr.’s Tom Van Doren, Todd Hubing, and Jim Drewniak.

Global Head of EMI/EMC Services, Regional Head of Wireless IoT Services

With a successful track record of more than 20 years in the electronics industry, Mr Ravindra is now the Global Head of EMI/EMC laboratories in more than 25 countries and the Regional Head of Wireless IoT laboratories at TUV Rheinland Group. He is involved in products testing and certification services in various positions for more than 16 years. Right from the inception of TUV Rheinland’s testing and certification services, he has played a vital role in establishing these services and laboratories across the region.

Mr Ravindra has been an instrumental for TUV Rheinland in developing the large base of laboratories with public private partnerships at Visakhapatnam and in Pune. In his role as a Global leader, he works on harmonization and standardization of all TUV Rheinland laboratories through automation and digitization.

Mr. Ravindra is a qualified auditor and an Expert Certifier.

Mr Lim has been involved in EMC and RF test systems for more than 10 years. He has worked across various military, commercial and government organizations providing EMC consultation and authority works. He is currently taking care of the automotive and military sector in various region in Asia Pacific.

General Manager, ARAI

Mr Mulay has over 22 years of experience in development and evaluation of automotive electronic, embedded systems for EMI/EMC, environmental conditions, reliability etc. He is well-versed in reliability demonstration, accelerated, highly accelerated test methodologies for automotive, industrial, medical and military electronic systems. Mr Mulay is actively involved in design, development and testing of EV chargers. He is a trained technical assessor for NABL in the area of EMI/EMC. He has presented many technical papers and accomplished 2 patents in the area of electromagnetic compatibility for ARAI.

Product Manager, OTA, Rohde & Schwarz International GmbH

Mr Pfeifer works as product manager for OTA systems and chambers. Since joining R&S in 1997, he spent 18 years in the field of mobile communications as the product manager responsible for different R&S radio communications testers. He is well-versed in various technologies from GSM to LTE-A and spent much of his time on mobile broadband topics which finally led to his involvement in 5G technology management before joining the OTA product management.

Mr Pfeifer holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten, Germany.

VP Engineering, AA EMT Labs

Dr Lenin Raja is currently the Vice President Engineering for technical and quality departments at AA Electro Magnetic Test Laboratory. He has over nine year of experience in the field of research, EMI-EMC and has sound knowledge in CISPR standards, IEC, EN, FCC and ANSI standard compliance. He has tested more than 100 projects in EMC compliance testing and medical devices safety plus performance.

Dr Raja received his PhD in Radio Frequency and Antenna Design from Anna University Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India in 2016.

Mr Reimer has more than 25 years of experience in EMC. Since 1994, he has been involved in EMC business including product management, support, project management, market introduction, on-site measurements and training tasks in various countries. He dedicated four years of the business life to wireless conformance test lab projects in the Asian region.

Mr Sahu has 14 years' of R&D experience in power electronics, EMC testing and design solutions for customers. He is heavily involved in circuit review to qualify electronic products for various testing standards and has vast experiences in industrial, automotive, consumer and power electronics

Mr Wiles is a RF Industry Expert since 1988 in EMC, Microwave and OTA Anechoic chambers and systems. He received his BSc in Physics from the University of Bath in 1987 and MSc in Microwave Electronics from the University Pierre & Marie Curie Paris 6 in 1988. He holds a MBA Open University in 2015.

Mr Wiles is the International standardisation expert in EMC, a member of UK National EMC Committee, UK leader CISPR A for 15 years, Secretary CISPR A WG1. He publishes multiple papers under IEEE Explore on EMC and OTA measurement methods at various key technical conferences worldwide in the last 25 years.
