AVQA – Catching a gateway violating RTP standards

AVQA flagged a strange pattern: perfect voice quality during calls, but a MOS of 1.0 during idle times. Drilling down revealed the gateway sent non-standard keep-alive packets, breaking the sequence numbering RFC 3550 and ED-137 require. Radios saw this as massive packet loss. A clear compliance violation, caught before it caused real harm.

AVQA – Avoiding a crisis on the emergency frequency

A "resolved" radio issue turned out to be far bigger. AVQA revealed severe jitter affecting eleven radios across two sites, including both the main and spare emergency frequency radios.
