ITU Plenipotentiary Conference

PP-26 – ITU Plenipotentiary Conference is the highest policy-making conference of the International Telecommunication Union, the United Nations agency for digital technologies. Held every four years, it sets ITU’s strategic direction, approves financial and strategic plans, and elects the organization’s leadership, Council members, and Radio Regulations Board members. The conference brings together ITU Member States, companies, organizations, and digital policy stakeholders to guide global connectivity, digital transformation, and human-centered technology development.
