For indoor and outdoor broadband transmission and reception 

The linearly polarized R&S®HL040E log-periodic broadband antenna provides broadband transmission and reception in the frequency range from 400 MHz to 6 GHz. Precise construction and optional individual calibration make the antenna suitable for field strength and EMI measurements. Power rating and matching (VSWR) allow its use in EMS measurements where field strengths of 10 V/m or higher are required.

Wide frequency range

Only one antenna needed for entire frequeny range

The antenna covers the wide frequency range from 400 MHz to 6 GHz. As only one antenna is needed for the entire frequency range, the measurement time as well as the overall measurement costs are considerably reduced.

Broadband transmission and reception 

For EMI and EMS measurements

Precise construction and optionally available individual calibration make the antenna suitable for field strength and EMI measurements. Power rating and matching (VSWR) allow its use in EMS measurements where field strengths of 10 V/m or higher are required.

Low cross polarization

For reliable results

Thanks to its design, the R&S®HL040E offers very low cross polarization. This allows more reliable results through accurate spatial measurements of the electrical field vector.
