Your tasks

Provide regional product support including Technical Support Hotline, customer visits and regional training
Participate in demos, trials and trade shows where necessary
Conduct maintenance and user training where necessary
Support site repair where necessary
Able to operate basic spectrum monitoring and analysis products in field condition
Working with local sales to fulfill customer requirement on field operation for projects
Management of spares parts depot to support regional installations

Your qualifications

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Science, Engineering or relevant field of studies
Background in electronic engineering is preferred
At least 5 years of experience working in security related industry i.e. critical infrastructure security, homeland security
Experience in project management is an added advantage
Prior leadership experience with the ability to lead a small team
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Strong team player who is also able to work independently
Able to travel within short notice
Able to work on weekends / holidays as scheduled
