Your tasks
- You design and deliver technical training solutions for our COMINT systems for customers in Germany and internationally, both at our facilities and directly on-site with the customer.
- You ensure a high level of consistency and standardization across training content, materials, and learning approaches.
- You continuously enhance training concepts and further develop innovative learning formats, including remote and e-learning solutions.
- You work closely with internal interfaces and subject matter experts to deepen your system understanding and continuously align training content with customer needs.
- During the sales phase, you analyze training requirements and define suitable customer-specific training solutions.
- You continuously expand your knowledge of modern signal intelligence and effective training methodologies.
