Your tasks

You design and deliver technical training solutions for our COMINT systems for customers in Germany and internationally, both at our facilities and directly on-site with the customer.
You ensure a high level of consistency and standardization across training content, materials, and learning approaches.
You continuously enhance training concepts and further develop innovative learning formats, including remote and e-learning solutions.
You work closely with internal interfaces and subject matter experts to deepen your system understanding and continuously align training content with customer needs.
During the sales phase, you analyze training requirements and define suitable customer-specific training solutions.
You continuously expand your knowledge of modern signal intelligence and effective training methodologies.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
You have several years of experience in the conception and delivery of customer training programs.
Experience or knowledge in the field of COMINT is an advantage.
You communicate confidently and professionally and are comfortable interacting with customers in an international environment.
You enjoy working proactively across different interfaces and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
You have very good English and German language skills and you are willing to travel internationally.
