Comprehensive test solution for positioning  

The R&S®TS-LBS is a comprehensive test solution for network and satellite based location technology testing of wireless devices and chipsets.
It is highly configurable for testing various location technologies with Rohde & Schwarz location based test systems.
The R&S®TS-LBS test system family fulfills the requirements for LBS conformance testing and operator acceptance testing on GSM, WCDMA, LTE and 5G devices and chipsets as well as regulatory testing of adjacent channels and spurious emissions in EN 303 413 receiver testing. It also fulfills the E112 (EU) 2019/320 testing requirements for GNSS testing of Galileo and AML mobile technologies.

The R&S®TS-LBS test system covers a wide range of indoor and outdoor positioning testing. It supports the latest independent RAT technologies such as A-GNSS, Bluetooth®, barometric and Wi-Fi.
RAT based technologies such as OTDOA/eCID, UL-TDOA, DL-TDOA, UL-AoA , DL-AoD and multi-RTT allow the test system to cover all major metrics and test cases based on 3GPP specifications and those of leading network operators.
