Your tasks

  • You will manage the end-to-end proposal process, coordinating with stakeholders, driving key decisions, and ensuring accurate pricing and profitability for complex solutions
  • You organize and conduct meetings, driving the offer process forward
  • You track progress and actions, ensuring accountability
  • You invite to and execute decision meetings, guiding go/no-go assessments, bid decisions, and offer approvals
  • You prepare supporting documentation, including stakeholder lists, decision proposals, and compliance matrices
  • You coordinate closely with technical sales regarding solution selection
  • You coordinate closely with technical sales regarding pricing coordination
  • You manage end-to-end margin calculations
  • You coordinate closely with system engineering as required

Your qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management, providing a strong foundation for success in this role
  • You bring proven experience in sales, Offer Management, or Project Management, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You have a proven track record in bid or proposal management, sales support, pre-sales activities, or project management within solution-based systems
  • Core Skills
  • You skillfully structure competitive bids, leveraging strong organizational capabilities
  • You understand pricing models and margin requirements, ensuring profitable and well-crafted proposals
  • You readily grasp our technical solutions, confidently interpreting technical and compliance requirements
  • You communicate effectively – both in writing and verbally – crafting compelling proposals that resonate with clients
  • You’re an experienced communicator, adept at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You’re proficient in using sales management tools like CRM and pricing platforms, streamlining the proposal process
