Want to dive daily into the structures and players of the global security arena and turn that insight into immediate growth actions? As our Global Key Account Analyst/Manager you’ll get exclusive access to the dynamic security ecosystem, and in our fast paced, international environment you’ll convert that intelligence into strategic wins with depth, speed, and precision.

Your tasks

  • You will analyze market, competitor and internal data, conduct global key account assessments, and present your insights to divisional management.
  • You will onboard new global accounts, operationalize them, and select and train new Key Account Managers on the end to end process and best practice framework.
  • You will support Global Key Account Managers with analytical, coordinative, order intake and growth tasks, while sharing competitive insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will own the governance framework, ensure data integrity, maintain strategic documentation, and coordinate the global Key Account Management network through regular alignment and data management.
  • You will drive data focused projects such as account research, forecasting and portfolio analysis.
  • You will identify risks and improvement opportunities proactively, evaluating how your work impacts other operational units.

Your qualifications

  • You hold a master’s degree in Economics, Business, Telecommunications, IT, or a natural science discipline.
  • You have proven experience in portfolio and/or account management; a military or security related background is a strong plus.
  • You are expert level in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word and comfortable working with large data sets.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the global defence and security industry landscape and its key entities.
  • You bring an analytical, detail oriented mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proactive, process oriented approach to information management and multitasking.
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) and are ready to travel internationally as needed.
