Technical Service Ownership for all lifecycle processes referring all R&S global Contact Centers
Admistration, monitoring and maintenance of global and local telecommunication service plattforms and services
Responsibility for user support and user experience

Your qualifications

At least 1-2 years experience in holding the responsibility / Technical Service Ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
longtime experience in admininstration of telecommunications services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls) and contact center features incl. reporting
Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
Scripting skills helpful (esp. Powershell)
Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
Very good communication skills in German and English are necessary
