Other : Senior Director AI Integration (m/f/x)

Your tasks

• Drive the continuous development and implementation of the AI strategy within the Test & Measurement (T&M) division.
• Create and maintain a roadmap for AI integration across R&D processes, business operations and product features.
• Identify and push forward AI/ML enabled product functionalities from proof of concept to market launch.
• Serve as the main contact for cross functional collaboration with company wide AI initiatives.
• Contribute to the definition of the corporation wide AI strategy.
• Provide strategic advice on digitalization and AI requirements.
• Ensure the effective rollout of AI solutions and the early identification and exploitation of synergies inside the business unit.
• Build and govern platforms for the efficient use of AI models, including data management, data quality and agentic AI capabilities.
• Support the various business units in embedding AI technologies into products, system solutions and business processes.

Your qualifications

• Hold a Master’s (or PhD) degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline with a focus on Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, especially modern model families (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Auto encoders, Transformers, Diffusion Models, GANs) and knowledge of emerging trends such as agentic AI and physical AI.
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably managing other leaders inside complex technology or digitalization organizations – ideally within the measurement technology sector.
• Proven track record in the strategic evolution of AI and digitalization programmes – from idea generation through product ready prototypes to scalable IT services.
• Strong strategic leadership skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and decisive decision making.
• Experience in shaping and executing corporate level strategies.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Business fluent English, both spoken and written.
