Service quality monitoring in real-time presented at GSMA MWC 2016

SwissQual, a Rohde & Schwarz company, presented SmartMonitor, a web-based software for realtime service quality monitoring, at the GSMA Mobile World Congress 2016 in Barcelona. SmartMonitor retrieves test results and network information from QualiPoc Android probes in real time that enables unattended network-wide, non-stop service quality monitoring and optimization. This delivers insights into network quality just as the customer perceives it. SmartMonitor can be deployed at customer IT environment or customers can use the cloud version hosted by Rohde & Schwarz/SwissQual.
