This individual contributor role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial and government system integration programs across North America.
As a program lead, you will partner with Sales, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You'll proactively manage program risks, drive cross-functional alignment, and support opportunity planning by evaluating execution strategies, resource requirements, and delivery risks to position projects for success.

Your tasks
- Lead complex commercial and government system integration programs from opportunity through customer acceptance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful program delivery plans.
- Coordinate and manage external suppliers and partners to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration into overall program execution.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and successful program execution.
- Support pre-award planning by evaluating project complexity, execution strategies, risks, and resource requirements.
- Lead and standardize the Project Lookback (Lessons Learned) process to drive continuous improvement across the PMO.
