Code of conduct

The Code of Conduct, which applies throughout the group, forms the basis of our values culture. Both the internal Code of Conduct and the external Supplier Code of Conduct set out binding regulations on all material topics such as ethics, human rights, antidiscrimination, child and forced labor, conflicts of interest, information and data security, anti-corruption and key competition rules, as well as sustainability.

Rohde & Schwarz is collaborating with an external consulting and software provider to optimize and efficiently manage the KPIs and data points for CSRD reporting. Through this partnership, Rohde & Schwarz ensures that its sustainability data is accurate and transparent, which helps the Group better fulfill its commitments to stakeholders and the environment.
