We are looking for someone who excels in the challenge of finding new business opportunities with new Rohde &Schwarz customers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As one of our Test & Measurement Account Managers, you will be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to maximizing sales through the development of new business utilizing a solutions-based sales approach. This role takes place in a fast-paced technical environment that provides continuous opportunity for growth in the test and measurement industry. Product categories that enable our customers to succeed include spectrum/signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and communication test systems.
Your tasks
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives and active prospecting
- Understand customer needs and position Rohde & Schwarz to meet those needs for Digital, Electrical, Power Integrity, and RF Engineering customers
- Find and foster new customer relationships alongside other Account Managers in the region
- Build and manage a strong Account Plan and sales funnel for multiple strategic customers
- Manage customer opportunities and projects while working closely with R&D, Product Specialists and Marketing colleagues
- Actively learn and understand our competition’s products
- Provide input and feedback to Product Marketing, Service and development groups on customer product and application requirements.
