RTB / RTM / RTA Rackmount kit

I want to install the RTB / RTM / RTA into a rack and I use the rackmount kit "ZZA-RTB2K". Is the ground of the oscilloscope then connected to the frame of the rack?

No, it is not.

From that point of view the RTB / RTM / RTA remains isolated. The protective conductor connects the oscilloscope to earth ground.
