Yes, this is possible. Using the time-domain analysis option 53 (1 channel,
3 MHz capture BW)or option 54 (2 channels, 3 MHz capture BW)you can perform
this measurement very easily. Basically, the option allows you to view measurement
data such as Time vs Frequency, Time vs Amplitude, Time vs Phase or FFT
spectrum. For tire pressure systems, FSK modulation is used. With the optional
Frequency vs Time analysis function for FSK modulation, you can measure the
deviation faster than with a conventional spectrum analyzer.
