How can I get the trace data as a file which I can read with another program, e.g. EXCEL?

Answer
The second submenu of the TRACE menu contains the ASCII FILE EXPORT function. This function generates an ASCII file with the setup and trace data. A description of the file format can be found in the operating manual, Chapter 4, Analyzer Mode, TRACE key.
