We are looking for a talented Digital Hardware Engineer to join our Power‑Supply team. In this role you will create, refine, and sustain the digital circuitry that powers our programmable power‑supply product line. You will operate at the crossroads of software, firmware, and analog hardware, collaborating closely with analog designers, firmware developers, software engineers, and mechanical engineers to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions that satisfy market demands and exceed customer expectations.

Your tasks

  • Schematics design and PCB layout of digital hardware for power supply products
  • Hardware validation of new designs to ensure component datasheet and product specifications are met
  • Uphold good design practices and engineering standards within the team
  • Conduct tests to ensure devices are compliant with EMC, Environmental and Safety standards
  • Perform device level testing to ensure device meets performance targets and specifications
  • Sustaining engineering activities for products in mass production

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent, with 8+ years of relevant experience in digital hardware design and validation
  • Strong experience in digital hardware design for embedded electronics (MCUs, MPUs, RAM, NAND Flash)
  • Proficient in communication protocols and interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RMII, Ethernet, USB, etc.)
  • Experience with signal integrity and EMC considerations in schematics and PCB layout, using ECAD tools
  • Hands-on experience in hardware validation and measurements, including high-speed oscilloscopes
  • Results-driven team player with strong ownership mindset and good English communication skills
