Purchasing : Intern _ Project and Admin Assistant (based at Lumut)

Your tasks

• Responsible for the overall daily coordination and administration of office operation matters
• Compilation and summarizing of data or records in a timely manner
• Maintaining all files for documents related to Technology & Project Services
• Coordinate the accommodation and flight booking arrangement for: - Internal: Engineers, Field Implementation and Operations for on-site job, traveling & etc. External: Visitors and colleagues from R&S HQ
• Provide general office administration support to the department
• Attend all incoming and outgoing calls in accordance with RSMY standards of customer service
• Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings and assist in the preparation of any materials required for tender/proposal submission
• Assisting in official business functions
• To undertake other ad-hoc duties specified by the Head of Department from time to time.

Your qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" level/Pre-U, diploma or bachelor’s degree, of any field
• Candidate willing to work at Lumut.
• Mature, ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
• Computer savvy with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good Interpersonal, Communication & Leadership skills, good team player.
