When you send your application, you will receive a confirmation from us immediately. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email.
We will now review your documents in detail. If the expectations of both sides are met, we will invite you to an interview. Depending on the position, between one and three interviews are possible in our application process. In some cases these may take place virtually or by telephone. However, we will meet you in person at least once.
To prepare for your interview with us, it is best to reflect in detail on what you expect from your future job. This will give us a sense of whether we could be a good fit.
When coming to your interview, please remember: be yourself! We want to get to know the real you. That is the only way to find out if we are a good match.
When you come to your interview you will get a look behind the scenes at our company, meet your potential colleagues and see the workplace. By the way: we want everyone to feel at ease at our company. So please wear what you would put on for a normal day at work.
So now we have got to know one another in one or more interviews and have gained first impressions of each other. Now it's time for both sides to arrive at a decision.
