Rohde & Schwarz and INFOZAHYST: A strategic alliance set to redefine modern defense

Rohde & Schwarz and INFOZAHYST sign Memorandum of Partnership for the joint promotion, adaptation and marketing of three advanced systems, high‑power jamming, Counter‑UAV, and a multifunctional mobile EW platform.

Helsinki, May 20, 2026 – Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG and the Ukrainian limited liability company Research and Manufacturing Co. INFOZAHYST have today signed a Memorandum of Partnership that will combine the German firm’s cutting‑edge electromagnetic warfare (EW) technology with INFOZAHYST’s combat experience and market knowledge to promote a new line of defense products on the international stage.

The agreement sets out a collaborative framework for the joint promotion, adaptation and marketing of three advanced systems, high‑power jamming, Counter‑UAV, and a multifunctional mobile EW platform.
