Your tasks

Assist sales team in preparation of marketing materials and promotional packs during marketing promotions and events.
Assist in processing inbound sales leads, including quotation preparation, compilation of bidding documents, organize clients' requirements & compliance documents.
Support & participate in monthly sales/service reports, sales meeting & pipeline reporting, dashboards data maintenance & presentation slides for management.
Support customer inquiries and product explanations.
Assist in updating CRM or sales tracking sheets.
Update internal tracking sheets.
Encode and clean import-related data.
Help analyze basic trends (guided by supervisor)
Observe and assist technicians in calibration and repair processes, including preparation of equipment for service and documentation and service report.
Maintain tools and service area organization.
Learn basic troubleshooting concepts (under supervision).

Your qualifications

Diploma in Electronics / Communication Engineering or relevant field of studies
Strong analytical skill
Strong service mindset, culture & qualities
Self-motivated and initiative
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a team player
