This role will lead process and improvement initiatives across the organization, establish modern process management practices, and drive collaboration between stakeholders to identify, optimize, and govern processes management activities.
This new resource will allow to:

Tasks
- Develop and establish a value-driven process management framework across the organization.
- Manage and continuously improve existing processes, policies, and governance structures.
- Define and maintain process management standards, methods, and rules incl. performance reporting.
- Support process modelling, optimization, and harmonization initiatives together with process owners and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects and change initiatives.
- Operate and continuously enhance QMS tools, including user support and training.
- Increase process transparency, efficiency, and organizational scalability.
