As a working student in Application Governance, Tools & Collaboration in Munich (Germany), you will help strengthen the collaboration between Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development. You will support cross-functional alignment, facilitate governance activities, and improve the tools and processes used to manage our application landscape.

Tasks

Support Application Governance activities at the interface of Application Segment Management, Product Management and Business Development
Help prepare, facilitate, and follow up on cross-functional workshops, meetings, and governance forums
Analyze existing workflows and tools and contained information, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement pragmatic solutions
Maintain and analyze information and templates
Consolidate information from different stakeholders and translate complex content into decision documents
Track actions, decisions, and deliverables to ensure transparency and effective follow-up

Qualifications

You are at least in your third semester of business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study
You are interested in collaboration models, governance processes, facilitation, and tool optimization
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, AI agents, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools, ideally applied to improve business processes
You have an analytical and structured mindset
You work independently, reliably, and proactively drive assigned topics forward
You have very good English skills and good German skills
