Your tasks
- • Provide pre/post-sale technical support including application-oriented demonstrations to customers. • Technical Support for RF and Microwave Test and Measurement instruments • Troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate resolution. • Act as a technical consultant for customers. • Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and technical drivers. • Develop and present local seminars and customer training • Provide technical feedback and new customer requirements/features for the Product division. • Contribute to the creation of white papers, application notes and professional articles. • Work independently and as part of a global team to strengthen customer relationships and drive acceptance of Rohde & Schwarz solutions.
