Your tasks
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, decision makers, and influencers.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Israeli industry accounts across segments such as Industrial, Semiconductor, Automotive, Power, Research, and Hi-Tech.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to order closure, in line with regional and global targets.
• Act as the primary commercial interface for Rohde & Schwarz Test & Measurement solutions, systems, and services for assigned customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the installed base, and drive long-term account growth.
• Develop and execute account plans and market expansion strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and R&S strategic priorities.
• Understand customer technical and business needs and translate them into tailored commercial and technical proposals using the R&S portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Application Engineers, Product Specialists, Business Development, Service, and global R&D teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key ecosystem players.
• Coordinate partner activities where relevant to maximize customer value and market coverage.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunities, and customer data in the CRM system.
• Provide structured feedback to product marketing, development, and service teams on customer requirements, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Represent Rohde & Schwarz professionally in customer meetings, industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.

Your qualifications
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development in the Israeli Hi-Tech or industrial market.
• Experience with Test & Measurement equipment, or complex technical solutions – highly preferred.
• Broad understanding of current technologies in one or more industry domains (e.g. RF & Microwave, EMC, Semiconductor, Automotive, Digital, Power, Aerospace & Defense).
• Proven ability to manage both large strategic accounts and smaller growth accounts.
• Strong customer orientation with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Excellent prospecting, opportunity qualification, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player in a matrix organization.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to continuously learn new technologies and solutions.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Israel and occasionally abroad.
