The Warehouse & Facility Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of warehouse activities at the Brisbane site, including the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role focuses on the operation of the warehouse and maintains accurate inventory control through SAP and associated systems.
You will coordinate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure the timely and accurate dispatch of goods, as well as smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations. This includes acting as a key point of contact for all goods movements and maintaining detailed records of warehouse activities.
In addition, the role oversees facility-related activities, including maintenance coordination, contractor engagement, and site services, while ensuring all operations are carried out in compliance with WH&S requirements and support a safe and secure working environment.
Your tasks
- Follow goods receiving and requesting processes across Engineering, Purchasing, Demo, and Sales teams in line with business needs
- Maintain accurate stock control using SAP and Excel
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Liaise with customers, transport providers, supply chain, project teams and internal logistics teams (including Sydney) to support smooth Brisbane operations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of warehouse activities
- Act as the internal point of contact for all inbound and outbound goods
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance activities with the Infrastructure Lead
- Manage contractors and service providers, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, signage, painting, and locksmith services
- Oversee site waste management, including recycling, secure destruction, and hazardous materials (e.g. batteries)
- Conduct routine housekeeping and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with WH&S legislation, policies, and procedures at all times
- Conduct site safety inspections and oversee health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Complete inductions for new employees and manage processes for visitors and contractors
- Perform additional duties as required to support warehouse and dispatch operations
