Compliance at Rohde & Schwarz

Compliance describes the legal requirements and principles of corporate policy as well as the processes involved in ensuring that customers, business partners, Rohde & Schwarz companies, managers and all employees of the Rohde & Schwarz group of companies work together on the basis of fairness, solidarity and mutual trust.

Compliance is integral to sound corporate governance at Rohde & Schwarz and establishes a framework that is binding on all our organizational units. Compliance provides the right foundation for trusted business relationships and sustained business success. In addition, it is incumbent upon all company employees and managers at every organizational level to ensure that compliance regulations are met within their areas of responsibility.

Measures to secure compliance in the company are integrated into our relevant business processes. Our internal compliance organization advises and supports managing directors and ensures that compliance-related proceedings are reviewed and that reports on aspects of compliance are filed continuously with company headquarters.

Reporting compliance violation

Rohde & Schwarz is committed to acting ethically in its business activities and complying with all applicable legal requirements. Failure to comply with these requirements can have serious consequences for companies, employees and the societies in which they live and work.

Reputable information helps us to counteract such violations at an early stage and to reduce damage to our company, our employees and our business partners. We therefore offer the possibility of contacting us via several channels to report violations.

The opportunity to submit information is available to all employees, as well as customers, suppliers and other third parties.

However, in the context of clarifying the information, we also take into account the protection-worthy interests of the persons affected by a report. Please keep in mind that suspicions and accusations against a person can lead to serious consequences for them. We therefore encourage you to use the reporting procedure responsibly.
