Signal and power integrity

Signal and power integrity

Efficient analysis of power and signal integrity

High-speed data converters run clock rates up to 10 Gsamples/s and beyond. On the digital side, data is supplied or sent out at these rates with high resolution, i.e. 10 bits or more. These lines run in parallel on a PCB or through cables and can suffer from crosstalk, bandwidth limitations or signal line discontinuities.

Ensuring proper functioning requires clean transmission of the high-speed signals. Rohde & Schwarz provides the tools to ensure proper lines for the high-speed transmissions.

Stable and clean power rail signals are the basis for correct performance of data converters. Take a look at our wide range of test solutions for power integrity.
