Your tasks

Generate and manage requirements specifications for our system software product portfolio.
Develop a profound understanding of our systems, architectures, customer workflow and needs.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product requirements specifications.
Clarify and negotiate all open items with stakeholders and customers.
Support product management, development and test teams by defining functional specifications, aligning communication and validating requirements.
Verify and prioritize issues in collaboration with the development team.

Your qualifications

Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar studies.
Know-how of requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, or comparable.
Good understanding of system architectures, circuit diagrams, instrument manuals is an advantage.
Familiarity with simple scripting in Powershell, Python or similar is a plus.
Experience in working with radio communication systems and/or system control software is preferred.
A passion to get hands on the systems yourself will make you the perfect candidate.
Having CPRE or similar with experience in requirements engineering management is desired.
Proficient in verbal and written communication to support an efficient communication between all parties.
Self-motivated and able to work in international teams.
