Current firmware for all instruments of type R&S SMB100A, including all frequency and configuration options. Please read Release Notes carefully before installing the firmware. In case of error message "Update corrupted!" perform the update via build in maintenance system, as described in Release Notes. This especially effects instruments with firmware version 3.20.390.24 and prior.
In case of downloading the firmware with Microsoft Internet Explorer please correct the file extension from .ZIP to .RSU before applying the update.

Previous firmware version for microwave instruments (12 GHz and above). Adds support for RF board 1406.8903 and attenuator 1412.5431. Please do no downgrade below the version the instrument was delivered with.
