В этом документе описывается уникальный вариант применения векторных анализаторов цепей Rohde & Schwarz (ВАЦ) для определения всех характеристик пассивной части многоэлементных антенн, предназначенных для лучеобразования.Все модели ВАЦ дополнительно оснащаются несколькими независимыми источниками, аплитуду и фазу которых можно произвольно изменять («заданный когерентный режим») (в дополнение к частоте и истинному времени задержки). Эти источники могут подключаться к отдельным элементам многоэлементной антенны, чтобы задавать и проверять операции управления и формирования луча в режиме передачи (Tx).Для анализатора R&S®ZVA в «заданном когерентном режиме» предусмотрено электронное переключение в стандартный режим S-параметров и обратно.
