Introduction

As a product manager (m/f/d) for Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C‑UAS), you are responsible for the further expansion and the efficiency of our drone‑defense portfolio.

Tasks

  • You develop and maintain a market overview for C-UAS systems, analyze the competitive situation and derive go-to-market strategies as well as pricing strategies
  • You maintain close contact with end customers, systematically collect their requirements for C-UAS systems, prioritize them and create product roadmaps
  • You define development priorities for expanding the C-UAS portfolio in close coordination with sales and development
  • You support the development department in the architecture and design of C-UAS system extensions based on your knowledge of customer requirements
  • You collaborate cross-functionally in the application segment and support technical sales in preparing proposals as well as project management in executing customer projects
  • You are responsible for market communication for the expansion of C-UAS system solutions

Qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering or a comparable field of study
  • You feel equally at home in the technical and business world and bring experience in product management, ideally with sound knowledge of the global C-UAS market
  • You have knowledge in requirements engineering and system modeling and are eager to understand counter-drone solutions in detail
  • You bring a basic willingness to travel and can share your enthusiasm for innovative solutions with internal and external customers
  • You convince with strong communication and presentation skills and can drive topics forward purposefully through your market expertise as well as provide strategic advice to internal and external interfaces
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) round off your profile
