The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations or similar, and a strong foundation in back-office processes. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired. If you have exceptional organizational skills, are able to effectively manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments, are adept at identifying root causes, resolving operational challenges, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, then this is the job for you!
This position can be based out of our Dallas-area office or one of two offices in Maryland (Columbia and Frederick). This is a hybrid telecommute position requiring occasional in-office presence.
Your tasks
- Process a wide variety of customer orders utilizing various methods and meeting all requirements
- Nontechnical Support of internal and external customers in regards to order fulfillment and order tracking
- Coordinate with counterparts in Germany (Global HQ) on delivery schedules, pricing, and order requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to order processing. These teams include Finance, Service, Contracts, Collections, and others
- Take ownership of complete order cycle, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process
- Special projects related to order processing and general lean process improvements
