Your tasks

• Design, customize, and maintain application installation packages using PSAppDeploymentToolkit (PSADT) and MSIX technology • Perform application testing, validation, and quality assurance prior to deployment • Maintain versioning, documentation, and release notes based on GitLab functionality • Deploy applications through enterprise platforms including Microsoft Intune, Ivanti UEM and other industry-standard systems • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical needs and provide packaging recommendations • Advise on best practices for endpoint and software lifecycle management • Monitor deployment success rates and troubleshoot failed installations • Provide Level-3 support for complex installation or compatibility issues • Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Your qualifications

• Proven experience with PSAppDeploymentToolkit (PSADT) and PowerShell scripting • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Intune and Ivanti UEM, particularly in application deployment and endpoint management • Basic knowledge of GitLab and its use for version control, repository management and collaboration workflows • Solid understanding of IT Service Management processes including request, incident and change management, ideally with prior experience using ServiceNow • Understanding of MSI technology, silent installation parameters and packaging tools • Experience with Windows client OS, registry, file systems and system services • Ability to diagnose and resolve installation issues using logs and monitoring tools • Strong communication skills for consulting with internal stakeholders • Structured, detail-oriented work approach with a focus on quality and compliance
