In this role, you will be the engine behind our recruiting pipeline — proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent. You will thrive in a fast-paced, specialized high-tech environment where the talent landscape is competitive and the stakes are high. As we continue to scale, your work will be critical to ensuring we stay ahead of our hiring needs. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, with a preference for Central Standard Time home offices. #LI-Remote

Your tasks

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across a wide array of functions and levels — with a primary focus on engineering and sales roles — using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team culture, and ideal candidate profiles within a high-tech environment
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that get responses — and represent the Rohde & Schwarz brand authentically
  • Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics; use data to continuously refine your approach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Research and recommend new sourcing channels, tools, and strategies to reach passive talent — particularly in competitive technical and sales markets
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts including content, campaigns, and talent community engagement

Your qualifications

  • BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role, preferably within a high-tech or technology-driven organization
  • Previous staffing/recruiting agency preferred
  • Proven ability to source across a wide array of candidate profiles, with demonstrated success filling engineering and sales positions
  • Deep understanding of the technical talent landscape and the ability to evaluate engineering and sales candidates at a foundational level
  • Experience sourcing for niche technical roles such as software engineering, systems architecture, application engineering or hardware development
  • Experience supporting high-volume or rapid-growth hiring environments in a high-tech sector
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI search techniques
  • Experience with an ATS
  • Strong written communication skills — you know how to write an outreach message that actually gets opened
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on sourcing metrics
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
  • Collaborative, curious, and energized by connecting people with opportunities
  • Ability to support multiple U.S. and Canadian time zones
  • In order to be considered, candidates must reside in the US, and have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.

The total compensation for this position is $105K-$175K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
