Production equipment diagnostics

Locating electrical problems in production equipment requires investigating signals directly at machines and in control cabinets. Power efficiency testing

The LMG671 power analyzer from ZES ZIMMER provides accurate power and energy measurements on motors, inverters and electric drives, even during dynamic processes. Its integrated software enables efficient analysis, visualization and documentation of measurement data. The R&S®NPA power analyzer complements this with comprehensive power and power quality measurements. Drive and inverter analysis

During debugging and validation, engineers need to investigate three-phase signals and switching behavior in detail. The R&S®MXO 3 oscilloscope captures all three-phase signals simultaneously for accurate phase angle and power measurements, and segmented recording ensures gap-free acquisition of rare fault events. The R&S®MXO 5 oscilloscope combines high bandwidth and sampling rate to resolve fast switching transients and electromagnetic interference (EMI) in power semiconductors, with integrated power and loss analysis.
